As Bergen County, NY, E-Class drivers know, Mercedes is always looking to satisfy consumers’ expectations. After taking a hard look at the trends it’s seeing in the industry, the automaker is planning to launch a new vehicle line: the GLS-Class.

This new SUV will take some design cues from the CLS-Class four-door model. Unfortunately, details are still pretty scarce as the GLS-Class production is still a ways off. The vehicle itself still hasn’t even been officially unveiled.

However, there are always some rumors to salivate over, which should satisfy any fan from those C-Class drivers to owners of the 2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Montvale motorists are definitely intrigued by the GLS-Class potential.

The vehicle could have a V6 engine that will offer 306 horsepower, or a V8, capable of 435 horsepower. There’s even talk of a hybrid model. It’s really too early to rule out anything, so feel free to let your imagination run wild!

The Mercedes-Benz GLS-Class is set to be launched in 2014. Yeah, that’s quite a ways off, but these early rumors suggest it’ll be worth the wait.

Big news if you’re in the market for a mini van. Mercedes just pulled back the curtain ever-so-slightly on the 2012 B-Class.

The vehicle will debut in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Since the vehicle has yet to be officially unveiled, details are scarce. As of now, we know the next-generation B-Class will come with an option of four diesels and five gasoline engines. As gas prices continue to fluctuate, these different fuel options will give drivers a little more control over their energy costs.

In Blauvelt, Mercedes dealer customers cannot wait. They’ve been holding out for the upcoming B-Class ever since the initial rumors surfaced, and with a date finally set for its official unveiling, they’ve their calendars marked.

Especially those driving a Mercedes C-Class, Park Ridge owners are finding a lot to look forward to with the B-Class. It fulfills a different need than the traditional Mercedes vehicle while maintaining the high performance and luxury the automaker is known for.

Stay tuned in September for all the info about the Frankfurt Motor Show, including the B-Class unveiling.

The rumors are continuing to build, but it’s becoming all but certain that the Mercedes family is going to add yet another high performance car. In this case, if the reports can be trusted, the new addition is a smaller SLS coupe.

Although smaller in size, the car packs quite the punch. In Rockland County, NY, GLK-Class owners are definitely wowed by the potential vehicle. It’ll be equipped with a twin-turbo V6. Besides the engine, with various tuning options, the car will be able to sport anywhere from 300 to 500 horsepower!

For those in Bergen County NJ C-Class owners, especially, that is definitely a force to be reckoned with. As many will probably be wondering, this SLS coupe won’t sport the iconic gullwing doors of its larger counterpart.

The model has yet to be officially unveiled, but judging from these preliminary reports, it’s shaping up nicely. Depending on what niche the automaker hopes to have it fill, this SLS coupe could be released between 2014 and 2016.

By offering yet another option in its lineup, Mercedes is making it so even the most picky of drivers can find a car to love. For the speed demon out there who decided the SLS-Class was just too big, that person might finally have a solution soon.

Why? Just a quick look and you’ll see various new tweaks. Its exterior lines have been smoothed out, and the M-Class now has a plush interior with a Command infotainment system. Not a bad start, but if you know anything about Mercedes, you’re certain there are more benefits to come.

The car’s handling got some improvements. The 2012 M-Class has a self-leveling Airmatic suspension system and an On & Off-road drivetrain package that gives the driver six transmission modes. Top it off with 4Matic all-wheel drive, and you’re looking at a vehicle capable of navigating anything.

Thinking about upgrading your used Mercedes? Bergen County drivers might be. The M-Class even offers different diesel engine choices to further entice drivers. Even AMG and Hybrid models are rumored to be coming, which would fully flesh out the M-Class model offering.

What’s the likelihood of those versions? Not bad, actually. Mercedes has these powertrain variants for its other model lines. So it’s not a total stretch to assume the automaker would provide similar offerings for potential M-Class buyers.

The newly redesigned, second generation CLS-Class lives up to the AMG designation. With a 5.5-liter version of the model’s 4.6-liter biturbo V8, this AMG is a force to be reckoned with.

In the past, there’s been a divide between the handling capabilities of the AMG and its hugely-powerful engine. However, the new CLS63 AMG has narrowed that divide. The steering and handling are spot-on, and they help make the high performance car a joy to drive.

The model has both a comfort and spot mode. In comfort mode, the engine shuts down when the vehicle is stopped and the brake pedal is depressed. This eco-friendly measure isn’t implemented in the sport mode. This AMG really sets the bar high for handling and response. Even on narrow, winding roads, this AMG navigates like a small sports car.

For those cruising around in a used Mercedes, Bergen County drivers are undoubtedly eyeing this new CLS-Class with great interest. In Nyack, used Mercedes drivers are also going crazy over this impressive update to an already-impressive vehicle.

Although it might not be the cheapest Mercedes, the CLS63 AMG is certainly one of the best, especially if you’re really looking to hit the gas.

To further bolster this model’s popularity, the automaker is launching a new ad campaign: Drive and Seek.

This innovative campaign is based around an interactive short film that showcases the capabilities of a C-Class coupe wrapped up in an exciting narrative. In Rockland County, NY, used ML-Class owners are intrigued, especially the younger drivers, which Mercedes is hoping the campaign will really resound with.

In Bergen County, NJ, C-Class drivers will be flocking to the web to see the video and participate in the discussion. Mercedes has made its social media and web presence efforts a priority in recent years, and this campaign is certainly an outgrowth of that decision.

The campaign will be bolstered by traditional print and radio ads, but the main focus will be on the interactive film and web component. Although this approach is poised to capture a younger generation, with people of all ages embracing social media in great numbers, Mercedes might be surprised with just how many people this campaign engages.

Watch the web video on Mercedes website and let your impressions fly.

Although information is scarce, we know some details about a few of its new features, and they sure are intriguing.

To start, the S-Class isn’t your typical Mercedes. Used C-Class owners will note it’s now coming in four different versions, largely because of the automaker’s new rear-wheel drive architecture, otherwise known as MRA. These MRA parts are highly customizable, which allows Mercedes to endlessly tweak and optimize the driving experience, hence the four different models.

Also, this next-generation S-Class will sport the Mercedes Magic Body Control system. In Montvale, used Mercedes C-Class drivers are impressed. Basically, the system uses a pair of cameras to monitor the road and instruct the vehicle to compensate its control systems for surface irregularities. It’s like the car is reacting to the road in real time!

The most noteworthy addition to the 2012 S-Class is the front suspension design. It will feature the automaker’s new four-link system. This system makes steering, braking and damping forces fully independent of one another for even greater performance.

It’s a pretty impressive beast. Too bad there’s still plenty of time to wait until its eventual test drive and subsequent arrival. Hopefully more details will trickle in fast.

They’re a yearly problem, which, depending on the quality of your neighborhood’s roads, could end up seriously damaging your vehicle (and your wallet).

In Bergen County, NJ, new Mercedes dealership costumers’ worse fear is hitting the spring roads with their new car and landing right in a fresh pothole. With states’ budgets getting slashed, more and more potholes are staying unrepaired. Unfortunately, there is some serious damage that can result from a pothole encounter.

First off, your wheel weight can get thrown off by the shock. When a wheel is imbalanced, it’ll run you about $10 to $20 to rebalance it. In Bergen County, NJ, used Mercedes owners are no stranger to this problem. However, if an auto shop offers a lifetime deal, this up-front investment might save a few dollars down the road.

Also, a deep pothole can ruin your shocks or break your vehicle’s springs, meaning any future bumps will feel that much harder. Unlike rebalancing your wheels, repairing or replacing your shocks is a bit more expensive.

These are merely two of the numerous balance, alignment and performance problems a car can get by lumbering through a deep enough pothole. Nowadays, you need to be exceptionally alert while cruising, or else risk a sizable repair bill!

For those driving a used Mercedes, Bergen County drivers especially, this move by the automaker isn’t unexpected. The CLS63 AMG already received a similar update. It appears Mercedes is making these changes across the board, except for the C63 AMG, which retained its previous generation’s engine.

In Rockland County, NY, used ML-Class owners are impressed by the reduction in fuel consumption. Although the model’s new engine is capable of 525 horsepower, it achieves this performance while consuming 22 percent less fuel. No wonder Mercedes wanted to bring the E63 AMG in line with the CLS63 AMG.

To help drivers wield this power, the E63 comes equipped with AMG Ride Control, sports suspension that’s specifically designed for the front axle. Additional stability features include steel suspension struts on the front axle and air suspension struts on the rear axle. There’s even an electronically-controlled damping system. Top all of this off with a new steering system, and E63 drivers will be in complete control on the roadways.

The E63 AMG will also have an updated interior, which can be seen in the CLS63. The most noteworthy change is the steering wheel, which has been flattened at the top and bottom to allow the driver even greater control. Also, the wheel has aluminum shift paddles and perforated leather in the grip areas–features that Mercedes fans will note are also from the CLS63.

Overall, the E63 AMG seems solid. As the automaker brings a few of its vehicles together, the changes are proving to be all beneficial.

GL-Class owners, especially, are excited to get a glimpse of the 2012 Mercedes SLS AMG. Although most sneak peaks depict cars in camouflage, these pictures give fans a complete view of the highly anticipated vehicle.

So, what’s changed? Well, one thing Rockland County, NY, used GLK-Class drivers will immediately notice is the SLS AMG is no longer sporting its trademark Gullwing doors. Another noticeable change is the shift to a light brown, soft top roof. Compared to previous editions, this tweak seems out of place. However, it’s not long before you forget the past and see its merits.

With the SLS AMG, it’s almost equally important to know what hasn’t change. In this case, that means unparalleled performance and speed. The 2012 model certainly fulfills that! It retains the same 6.3-liter V8, which is capable of propelling this car from zero to 60 in 4.0 seconds flat. That’s impressive!

Its top speed is 192 miles per hour, and even at that pace, the driver feels as if they’re in complete control. How many other vehicles could you say that about?

Besides these spy photos, there’s not much more information about the 2012 SLS AMG. Luckily, experts are predicting it’ll make its debut at the Frankfurt auto show in September. Start counting the days!
